Over the course of Fielding Connections, artist Shaine Drake will be experimenting with a tapestry weaving pulling directly from the Sunset as a source of visual inspiration as well as a source of materials incorporated into the weaving directly.

Shaine will be creating this weaving on-site during the residency where she will host open drop-in hours for you to observe or engage directly in the making of this work.
